By using the Luna app, you accept these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Service Description

Luna is a personalized nutrition tracking app based on the menstrual cycle. It provides dietary recommendations tailored to each phase of the cycle.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Luna is not a medical device and does not replace professional medical advice. The information provided is for informational purposes only.

• Nutritional recommendations are automatically generated and do not constitute personalized medical advice.
• Consult a doctor or dietitian before making significant changes to your diet.
• If you have an eating disorder, a medical condition, or are pregnant, consult a healthcare professional.

4. AI-Based Estimates

Luna uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to analyze meal photos and estimate nutritional values. These estimates are approximate and may contain errors. Users should not rely solely on these estimates for critical dietary decisions.

5. Personal Use

The app is intended for personal use only. You agree not to use Luna for commercial, professional medical, or third-party purposes.

6. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your dietary and health decisions. Luna provides tracking tools and suggestions, but the final responsibility rests with you.

7. Account and Data

You may delete your account and all your data at any time from the app settings. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.

8. Subscription Terms

Luna offers optional premium subscriptions (monthly and annual plans). By subscribing:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Current pricing: €6.99/month or €49.99/year.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication in the app. Continued use of Luna after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
